Local Voice for Small Business

Congratulations to Gerard Byrne from Townsville Consulting Services who has been appointed to the Queensland Small Business Advisory Council. The Advisory Council will work with the Minister for Employment and Small Business and the Queensland Government to provide advice and suggest changes to ensure small businesses are supported to start, grow and thrive.

Breakwater construction

First sod of soil to be turned on Breakwater hotel project Construction has begun on an $80 million luxury hotel project on vacant land adjacent to The Ville, which is due to be completed in mid 2023. The hotel will feature 132 hotel rooms, and take  advantage of the panoramic views of Magnetic Island and Castle Hill.
