The Creative Concepts PR and BDmag team hosted our second “Meet the Press” for the year on 11 May at Rydges Southbank Townsville.
The topic of the night: “Radio Ga Ga” was well received with participants from 23 different business and community organisations attending alongside radio, television and print media representations from nine local outlets.
With a focus on radio broadcasting we invited Henry Bretz, Co-Host of the Power100 Breakfast Show, Paula Tapiola, Chief Editor at ABC North Queensland, Tee Johnson, Station Manager at Triple T 103.9 Community Radio, and Eloise Arnold, Journalist at Southern Cross Austereo (Hit Townsville and Triple M), to share their insights into getting your story on the airwaves.
The discussion was facilitated by Managing Director of Creative Concepts PR and BDmag, Julie Johnston.
Danelle Bayley from Collective Candles Australia gifted our panellists candles from her North Queensland Destination Range, each featuring a stunning watercolour print by artist Tania Melick.
