Two local companies have joined forces to keep quality service in the North. In April, OnBoard I.T. announced that they would be merging with ADITS; a decision that will allow both companies to maintain a strong presence within the region, working together for their local community. They both now share the same mission: Implement progressive technology solutions which enable their customers to achieve their mission.
In 2006, ADITS entered the technology market as an IT support company in Bowen, North Queensland, with just one employee and one customer. The company established a strong reputation for being a trusted source of IT support for businesses in all industries. Their success saw them expand their service offering Queensland wide, with offices in Ayr, Townsville and Brisbane.
OnBoard I.T. are an established authority in North Queensland business networks, having an uninterrupted presence here since their establishment in 1998.
“OnBoard I.T. was the perfect merger partner due to our shared values and cultural alignment,” Ashley Darwen, Group Managing Director said.
“We believe that the new relationship serves to bring two great teams together, and jointly, we can deliver on our promises to customers within the broader business community.”
For their North Queensland customers, this merger means access to an international, award-winning company, with a team of 38 in specialised roles.
“The depth and breadth of our team means we can guarantee the quality of service and care at all customer touchpoints,” Simon Greenwood, NQ Managing Director explained.
Their number one value is customer first, with 97%customer satisfaction at the time of writing. TheTeam receive live reporting on this, so their finger stays on the pulse, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
“We are North Queenslanders, working for North Queenslanders,” Simon Greenwood commented.
“We live and work in the community, so we understand the issues that our south-east or interstate counterparts may not.”
The company’s ambition extends beyond their service offering. They see an opportunity to change the culture of the industry as a whole.
They recently became Great Place to Work Certified, with 93% of staff stating that it is a great place to work. What was important to the management team were the statistics that showed 100% of employees agreed that people at ADITS are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, gender or race and that they were proud to tell others they worked here. They are also Advocates for Women in STEM, with 12 female employees and counting.
“ADITS’ dedicated staff are the reason for the company’s success, as we continue to strive for excellence in our own business with three core values: customer first, consistency and teamwork,” said Ashley Darwen.
