Join us for an all levels yoga class that combines energising movements, breathing and mindfulness to enhance mobility, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Experience the power of grounding techniques and discover how simple practices can empower you to solve anything that comes your way. You will learn how yoga can help to centre yourself, find clarity, and embrace each day with energy.
Please dress for yoga and bring a yoga mat or towel for the session.
A light breakfast refreshment will be served (please specify any dietary requirements at check out).
Drinks are available for purchase from the venue (water will be provided).
