Reserved to a maximum of 12 participants per workshop, this program is suited to existing front-line supervisors, people transitioning into the role of a front-line supervisor or a business owner seeking to enhance their own impact across this critical skill area.  Focussed on developing functional leadership and management skills, participants will learn how to:
