Tell us about yourself and your business.
There are so many people living life unhappy; mostly because they are falling into a generational condition that tells them ‘you fit there.’ I’m here to give people practical and simple tools that help them unlock the life they’ve been dreaming off, release toxic stress and tap into their unlimited energy sources.
The thing that makes me different from every other coach, counsellor or psychotherapist out there: I’ve walked the walk. I’ve been down the path of trauma and come out the other side. I’m proof that you can completely change and design your life!
What has been the most challenging aspect of being a business owner?
Navigating the juggle that is life. I’m a woman who loves and thrives in my own space and time, I’m a wife to a shift-working firefighter, a mother to three very energetic and different little boys and throw in being a business owner who is VERY dedicated to setting the example that I share with people… it can be challenging. That’s why I surround myself with amazing team members who can help in the areas that I lack – leaving me to do what I do best!
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I was a Cowboys cheerleader and got to sit sideline at the first Cowboys grand final appearance in 2005.
What is the best piece of career/business advice you ever received?
If you’re focused on what the ‘competition’ are doing – you’re taking time away from focusing on YOU.
Going forward, what is next on the cards for your business/career?
My team and I are planning a national speaking tour ‘One Life’ for January 2023, as well as the launch of my VIP Insiders community. It’s all very exciting!
